Employee Benefits

Fulltime employees (37½ hours per week or more):

• 2080 Club: Fulltime employees who work 2,080 hours (40 hours per week times 52 weeks in a year equals 2,080) in a year are eligible to attend a picnic in the spring hosted by the Winans family.
• Paid Holidays: After working for thirty days, employees are also eligible to receive holiday pay. Employees are paid eight hours at their current pay rate when they work the day before and the day after the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
• Paid Vacation: In recognition of employees who work for us over an extended period of time we offer yearly vacations to eligible employees who average 37½ hours per week during an anniversary year.
• Promotions: Winans Services strives to promote employees from within wherever possible. However, the first consideration in every promotion decision is the qualifications of the persons available.
• Referral Program: Employees are our best resource for recruiting new employees. Our referral bonus is $25.00 paid to the employee referring a new employee who works for Winans Services for 90 or more days.
• Supplemental Insurance: Winans Services offers a supplemental insurance plan to employees who have worked for ninety days. Other plans can be offergb(240,0,0) to our employees as per client specifications.

Part time employees:
